Not unlike a professional boxer, good managers need to prepare themselves for their upcoming matches. If you omit to prepare your “contests” - like for example a professional boxer who works with the aid of a sparring partner - you should not be surprised if you don’t have any impact in the long run.

The target: impact.

You are the „contestant“ and I accompany you in your personal development. Your impact depends primarily on whether people perceive you as a person and not as a role. “Roles” can be filled and replaced by anyone, “persons” can’t.

Sparring has always been common practice in top-class sports. Not unlike a professional boxer, leaders with impact have to be well prepared for their “contests”. That is why you – just a good boxer for example – need a sparring partner by your side, someone who is challenging you, but who also gives specific advice on where and how you can optimize your strategies. This may sometimes be painful. But exactly this will bring you further.

This is what you can expect:

  • 1 day analysis and order clarification
  • 6 days sparring partnership every 6 to 8 weeks
  • 1 evaluation day

One-Year Team Coaching for Executive Boards

Becoming Member of the Board is one thing. Making an impact as a Member of the Board is another. It quite often depends on how much impact the Executive Board can make as a team. Are they actually willing to work together, with real impact?

Individualists may have great impact. But they do not automatically form a team with impact, too. During my One-Year-Team-Coaching I accompany you on your way to more impact as an executive team.

The first 100 days on a new position – what is really relevant? How do you fill your new role? Who is key and what does that mean for you?

A new position offers many opportunities – yet it also contains many risks. After all, you want to be successful straight away and you want to make an impact as fast as possible.

During my On-boarding-Program I accompany you individually during an appropriate period of time on your new position, on your new job. Right from the beginning you will get familiar with the challenges your position implies, so that you can make the desired impact as soon as possible.
